Refund Policy
All orders submitted must be paid for, and refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site or fail to pick up your order entirely. We carefully inspect and pack all orders before distribution. If a product is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on availability, we will provide store credit or a replacement.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality produce. Customers understand that our homegrown and organic farming practices, which use minimal pesticides, may result in fruits and vegetables that do not have a "perfect" appearance. Blemishes, variations in size, and other natural imperfections are normal and do not affect the quality or taste of the produce.
If you receive produce that you believe is inedible, please contact us promptly with a picture and description. We will work with you to replace the item, issue store credit, or find another solution.
